Trafford Water Sports Centre

Situated at Sale Water Park, Trafford Water Sports Centre is the location in Manchester for canoeing, kayaking, sailing, windsurfing, and stand-up-paddle boarding. So come along and make a splash!

Everyone is welcome at Trafford Water Sports Centre. We enjoy hosting Group Bookings, Stag and Hen Parties and Children’s Parties. Please also check out our action packed School Holiday Programme. 

Not only do we offer water sports, we also offer a range of land based activities including archery, rocket launching and navigation.

Launch Your Own

If you have your own equipment, we would still love to accommodate you with our own facilities for launching. Our launch facilities are available during Weekends, School Holidays & Bank Holidays.

Important Launching Information

 

If you have your own equipment, we would still love to accommodate you with our own facilities for launching. Our launch facilities are available during Weekends, School Holidays & Bank Holidays.

A launch form must be completed on arrival before launching a vessel.

Please note: Buoyancy aids must be worn at all times. All paddle sports are restricted to a zoned area (within Orange buoys). All launching charges include the use of the changing facilities and showers. A manned Safety Boat is available to people launching who are in danger.
