Development Programme
The Peak Development Programme is tailored to suit the needs of the young person or group. These bespoke courses combine outdoor activities, arts workshops, and education. Courses can vary from a couple of weeks to a full academic year.
When they join us the young people very often exhibit challenging behavior or are facing a number of difficulties in their lives. The activities are structured to give progression, offering challenges, inspiration and act as a tool for breaking down barriers, establishing boundaries, and opening up communication. Nature Conservation
Our Chasewater Activity Centre is located in an area classified as a Site of Special Scientific Interest (SSSI), which means that it is protected for conservation. SSSIs are the country’s very best wildlife and geological sites and are important as they support plants and animals that find it more difficult to survive in the wider countryside.
