When it comes to dads, it can be tricky to think of things to get them for Father’s Day. When you have already bought them socks, ties, mugs and photos over the years, you might be starting to run out of ideas.
So, how about getting them involved in an activity this June 17th, for a Father’s Day they will always remember?
– Bushcraft
If your dad fancies himself as Ray Mears, put him to the test with a bushcraft experience. With this activity, he will learn a huge number of new skills, including lighting a fire, foraging for food, sourcing drinkable water and using natural materials to build shelter.
In addition to this, he will get to work as a team and discover how to problem-solve in this back-to-nature adventure.
– High ropes
High ropes is a great activity for both dads who love leaping through the air and those who have a fear of heights. The zip-lining, climbing experience will get the Tarzan enthusiasts’ adrenaline pumping for sure.
However, it is also a good choice for those who want to conquer their fears within a safe environment.
By the end of the day, they are sure to love flying down the zip line!
– Weaseling
For those with dads who think they’ve tried it all, why not encourage them to give weaselling a go? This is a natural obstacle course that will see participants scramble over rocks in the Peak District National Park.
