Happy new month! It’s the summer which is the perfect time for enjoying outdoor activities. We have got loads in store this month as the schools close for the summer holidays!
Superhero Sunday:
This extraordinary event is being held on Sunday 7th July at Trafford Treetop Adventures and Trentham Treetop Adventures.
Use your superpowers to battle your way through our treetop gauntlet. Don your superhero outfit and get 20% discount on the door! However, if you come dressed as Superman or Superwoman, we will give you 25% off!

Summer Spectacular:
This spectacular event is being held at Trafford Water Sports Centre on Saturday 20th July and Astbury Water Sports Centre on Sunday 21st July, 10am-4pm.
It’s a great opportunity to try out our engaging activities and have a fun day out with family and friends. There are plenty of land and water activities to get involved in including archery, bushcraft, kayaks and more!
Activities are just £3 each per person. For those adrenaline junkies who just can’t get enough, you can get an unlimited activity wristband for £12 when you pre-book or purchase them at £15 on day.
Summer Holiday Activities:
Give your children an adventure for their summer holidays by booking them onto our enthralling outdoor activity days at Astbury Water Sports Centre, Trafford Water Sports Centre, Underbank Activity Centre.
No two days are the same! Each day offers two unique activities from 9am-3pm with a half hour break in between.
Activities are suitable for ages 7-16 and run on every weekday from 22nd July – 30th August at Astbury and Trafford and from 12th August – 30th August at Underbank.
It is £25 per child per day or £100 per child for 5 consecutive days (5 days for the price of 4)!
We understand that parents/carers are not likely to be on the same holidays as their children. Therefore, we offer late stays from 15:30-17:30 at a small additional cost of £5.50 per child per day. Late stays include indoor activities and games to keep your children entertained.
We are also running indoor climbing sessions over the summer holidays at Audley Climbing Centre in Stoke-on-Trent. These are for children aged 4-14 and run from 22nd July – 1st September.
Climbing sessions run from 2-3:30pm on Mondays, Tuesday and Thursdays and from 10-11:30am on Saturdays and Sundays. The price is just £6 per child per day which includes all equipment!
Instructors will always be around to ensure your children are safe and having a great time on these summer holiday activities.

Courses:
Furthermore, we are running accredited courses at our centres.
In July, we have the British Canoeing Paddle Awards available. This is running from 10am-4pm on 6th and 7th July at Underbank and on 13th July at Astbury.
These sessions are for developing your paddle skills towards completing the exciting new British Canoeing Paddle Awards. The 3 levels are Start, Discover & Explore.
There is no set time to achieve an award. No previous experience is required, and you can choose whatever paddle vessel you want.
The course is open to everyone aged 7 and over and is £60 per person per day.
In addition, we have a couple of sailing courses available which are accredited by the Royal Yachting Association, both courses are running on 30th-31st July, 9am-5pm.
We are running a Stage 1 Sailing course for young people aged 7-16 at Astbury Water Sports Centre and a Level 1 Sailing course for adults aged 16 and over at Trafford Water Sports Centre.
This is a 2-day course which costs £120 per person.
No previous sailing experience is required. The course will provide a basic understanding of the skills to launch, recover and steer a sailing boat. Once completed, participants can then progress onto the next level.
